Affiliate Marketing Intern – CPS

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Affiliate Marketing Intern to support our CPS campaigns. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to affiliate partnerships, sales-driven campaigns, and performance optimization. You’ll work closely with the Affiliate Managers to track sales conversions, manage partner relationships, and contribute to campaign growth in the CPS vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding and managing CPS affiliates & publishers.

  • Track conversions, sales, and ROI across campaigns.

  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to scale.

  • Support in fraud checks, validation, and quality analysis of traffic.

  • Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup, offers, and creatives.

  • Assist in payouts & reconciliation with affiliate partners.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Affiliate / CPS Marketing.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (CPA, CPS, CPL, ROI).

  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

  • Good communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proactive and eager to learn performance marketing.
