Affiliate Marketing Intern – Mobile

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Intern to join our performance marketing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the ropes of affiliate marketing, mobile app campaigns, and performance-driven user acquisition strategies. You will work closely with the Affiliate Managers to support partner onboarding, campaign tracking, reporting, and day-to-day coordination with publishers and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and mobile publishers.

  • Support in managing and maintaining relationships with affiliates.

  • Monitor campaign performance (installs, clicks, conversions, ROI).

  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign setup and tracking.

  • Help in fraud detection and quality traffic analysis.

  • Maintain trackers, update reports, and assist in campaign optimization.

  • Learn and use tracking platforms such as AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust.

  • Support payout tracking and reconciliation process.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in mobile marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising.

  • Basic understanding of performance marketing terms (CPI, CPA, ROI, etc.) is a plus.

  • Good Excel and Google Sheets skills.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer, Branch, or Adjust.

  • Familiarity with ad networks, affiliate dashboards, or basic campaign analytics.

  • Interest in mobile apps, gaming, or fintech industries.
