Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a sharp, client-focused Domestic Sales Executive with a strong drive and at least 2 years of experience in the AdTech or Performance Marketing space. This role goes beyond traditional sales—you will be a strategic partner and the face of the company, responsible for crafting persuasive media plans, impactful case studies, and result-oriented sales pitches that convert prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by selling performance marketing campaigns (CPL, CPI, CPA, CPM) in the Indian market.

  • Develop customized media plans aligned with client briefs, performance goals, and industry-specific insights.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitch decks, and performance case studies to acquire new business.

  • Represent the company in client meetings, calls, and industry events, acting as a trusted point of contact.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand stakeholders.

  • Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and coordinate seamless client onboarding.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, account management, and product teams to ensure campaign success.

  • Stay up to date with trends in digital, mobile, and affiliate marketing to offer innovative, data-driven solutions.

  • Manage sales pipeline and reporting through CRM tools with accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development within AdTech, Digital Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing.

  • In-depth understanding of digital campaign metrics, KPIs, and attribution models.

  • Proven ability to create strategic media plans and business proposals that deliver measurable value.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation abilities and a consultative, solution-oriented sales mindset.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.

  • Experience with tracking platforms such as Trackier, HasOffers, or Affise is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering client success.
