Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in digital and traditional media buying. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient allocation of advertising budgets to maximize ROI and brand reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage media buying strategies across digital (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and advertising opportunities.

  • Negotiate and purchase ad placements with media vendors and platforms.

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize ads for better engagement and conversions.

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and messaging.

  • Track and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and competitor activities.

  • Manage media budgets and ensure cost-effective spending to achieve campaign objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role in digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of PPC, programmatic advertising, and social media ad platforms.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Native Ads.

  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask.
