Job Description:

We seek a dynamic sales leader to develop and execute a strategic sales plan. Responsibilities include building and managing a high-performing sales team, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships. Ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in digital advertising, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of the market.

Key Responsibilities:

● Acquiring new clients across industries
● Experience in selling performance, display, mobile and native ad solutions to advertisers and agencies
● To generate advertising revenue through Cost per Install (CPI), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Lead (CPL) campaigns
● Deep relationships with planners and buyers on the agency side and marketers on the client side
● Constant engagement with client, growing the business month on month from each client
● Identify and map prospective clients, should be responsible for cultivating new relationships, managing sales pipeline, forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly and by region.
● Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
● Coordinate with Monetisation team for submitting the plans as per the client brief
